To Be your reliable alloy solution supplier
GH1015
GH1015 is a Fe-Ni-Cr based solid solution strengthened deformed superalloy with a service temperature of 950° C below. The alloy is solid solution strengthened by adding elements such as chromium, tungsten and molybdenum. The alloy has high plasticity, medium endurance and creep strength, good cold and hot fatigue resistance, good processing and welding properties, and structural stability. The alloy has been used to manufacture plate structural parts and other high-temperature components such as aeroengine combustion chamber and afterburner cylinder. Alloy at 7OO° C~9OO° C There is a certain aging hardening phenomenon during long-term operation, which makes the plasticity at room temperature decrease; Alloy at 700° C. There is a tendency to oxidize the special steel along the grain boundary when working for a long time, and the French coating can be used for effective protection. At 1000° The high-temperature oxidation resistance of above C is slightly worse than that of nickel-based alloys for similar purposes. The alloy can be used as a substitute for GH2039, GH3030, GH3044 and GH3536 alloys.
