To Be your reliable alloy solution supplier
GH1016
GH10 is a Fe-Ni-Cr based solid solution strengthened deformed superalloy, which is solid solution strengthened with chromium, tungsten and molybdenum. The alloy can be used for a long time below 950 ℃ and for a short time at 1000 ℃. The alloy has good oxidation resistance, high plasticity, high thermal strength and good cold and hot fatigue resistance. The alloy has good cold stamping forming and welding process performance. GH1016 has aging hardening phenomenon when working at 700-900 ℃ for a long time, resulting in a decrease in ductility at room temperature and a slight decrease in high temperature rupture strength. The alloy produces crystalline oxidation when working at 700 ℃ for a long time. The high temperature oxidation resistance above 1000 ℃ is slightly worse than that of nickel-based alloys for similar purposes. The alloy can be used as a substitute for GH3030, GH3039 and 3044. It is applied to engine stamping parts, welding parts and other high-temperature parts and parts that work under 1000 ℃ for a short time.
