GH2136
GH2136 is a Fe-Ni-Cr base precipitation hardening deformation superalloy with the operating temperature below 700 ℃. This alloy is developed on the basis of GH2132 alloy. Compared with it, the content of manganese and silicon is reduced, and the content of titanium, boron and carbon is properly improved, which makes the alloy reduce the G phase σ The precipitation tendency of equal brittleness improves the stability of the structure and properties of the alloy in long-term use. The alloy has good comprehensive properties, stable structure for long-term use, good oxidation resistance, small linear shrinkage coefficient, and is easy to weld. The main products are bar and cake materials.
