GH2761
GH2761 is a Fe-Ni-Cr base precipitation hardening deformation superalloy with a service temperature below 750 ℃. The strength of the alloy is improved by adding high aluminum and high iron and controlling the Al/Ti ratio of the alloy. The alloy has stable structure, high yield strength, good resistance to cold and hot fatigue and low cycle fatigue, as well as good hot workability and machinability. The alloy has been used to make aero-engine turbine discs, compressor discs, drums, turbine casings, rectifying blades, precision bolts and other parts. The alloy has good resistance to gas corrosion below 900 ℃ and stress corrosion in gas atmosphere. After aging at 650-700 ℃ * 2000h, no new phase precipitates; A small amount of Laves phase precipitates after aging at 750 ℃ * 2000h.
