GH2907
GH2907 superalloy is a Fe-Ni-Co base precipitation hardening low expansion deformation superalloy, which is comprehensively strengthened by adding niobium, titanium, silicon and trace boron toxin. The alloy has high strength, low expansion coefficient, good cold and hot fatigue resistance and almost constant elastic modulus below 650 ℃. Curie point is between 400 ℃ and 450 ℃. The expansion coefficient of the alloy below the Curie point is basically unchanged. Suitable for making various aviation and aerospace engine rings and casings used below 650 ℃; GH2907 superalloy has been used to make the rear casing, bearing ring, heat insulation ring, combustion chamber sealing ring, honeycomb seat, turbine outer ring and other parts of the high pressure compressor of the aero-engine, and is in good use. Because the alloy does not contain chromium and aluminum. This standard is applicable to deformed superalloys, cast superalloys (equiaxed cast superalloys, directionally solidified columnar superalloys and single crystal superalloys), high-temperature alloy wires for welding, powder metallurgy superalloys, dispersion strengthened superalloys and intermetallic compound high-temperature materials.
