GH3230 is a Ni-Cr base solid solution strengthened superalloy with a service temperature range of 700 ℃~1050 ℃. The alloy contains 22% Cr, 14% W and 2% Mo, which has high high temperature strength and cold and hot fatigue properties, and excellent structural stability, oxidation resistance and heat resistance and corrosion resistance. Among the similar products, the performance of the alloy is significantly higher than that of GH3536, which is equivalent to that of GH5188 alloy in terms of oxidation resistance and creep resistance, while the structural stability, oxidation resistance and material cost of the alloy are significantly better than that of GH5188 alloy. At the same time, the alloy has good formability and weldability. It is suitable for making parts such as aviation engine flame tube and widely used in aviation engine combustion chamber, ground gas turbine combustion chamber and some high-temperature corrosion resistant parts in the chemical industry;
