GH4090
GH4090 is a Ni-Cr-Co based precipitation hardening deformation superalloy with a service temperature up to 920 ℃. The alloy has high tensile strength and creep resistance, good oxidation resistance and corrosion resistance at 815 ℃~870 ℃, and high fatigue strength under the repeated action of cold and hot. The alloy has good processing and welding properties. It is suitable for manufacturing turbine discs, blades, high-temperature fasteners, clamps, sealing rings and elastic elements of aviation turbine engines. The alloy has been used to make high temperature spring components, high temperature fasteners, combustion chamber circlips, stop pins and other components of aero-engine. Similar brands are also used abroad to make aero-engine turbine blades, turbine discs and other components. The alloy has good oxidation resistance and corrosion resistance below 1040 ℃, and is prone to intergranular oxidation above 1040 ℃.
