To Be your reliable alloy solution supplier
GH4098
GH4098 is a ni-cr-based precipitation hardening deformation superalloy with a long-term working temperature of 1000 ℃. Tungsten, molybdenum, chromium and cobalt are added to the alloy for solid solution strengthening, and aluminum, titanium and niobium are added to form the alloy γ’ Phase precipitation strengthening phase, adding trace boron and cerium elements for grain boundary strengthening, the comprehensive strengthening effect is obvious. The alloy has high strength at room temperature and high temperature, excellent oxidation resistance, good hot working and welding properties. GH4098 alloy is used to make high-temperature components such as turbine blades, heat shields, tail nozzles and afterburner of aviation and aero-engine. Similar brands have been used in foreign countries for engine baffles, stiffeners, aircraft fixings, guide vanes and other cold stamping and welded components with operating temperature up to 1000 ℃.
