The yield strength below 650 ℃ ranks the first among deformed superalloys, and has good fatigue resistance, radiation resistance, oxidation resistance, corrosion resistance, as well as good processing performance and welding performance. It can manufacture various parts with complex shapes, and has been widely used in aerospace, nuclear energy, petroleum industry and extrusion die within the above temperature range. The alloy can be used to manufacture various stationary and rotating parts in aerospace engines, such as discs, rings, casings, blades, shafts, fasteners, elastic elements, gas conduits, sealing elements and welded structures, as well as various elastic elements and grids used in nuclear industry, parts and other parts in petroleum industry and chemical industry. ① Processing performance: The high alloying degree and poor thermal conductivity of superalloy lead to high cutting temperature, high cutting force and severe work hardening, especially the high hardness of alloy, serious tool wear and high cutting cost. At present, cemented carbide tools are basically used for machining, which requires high dimensional accuracy and roughness, and it is difficult to use centerless grinding; GH4169 is a hard to cut metal material. The alloy bolt and screw head are formed by hot upsetting. The upsetting temperature is controlled between 1040 and 1090 ° C, and the final upsetting temperature is controlled between 930 and 950 ° C. After upsetting, the grain size of parts with ordinary strength requirements shall reach 4~6, and that with high strength requirements shall reach 8. ② Heat treatment performance: GH4169 is generally used in the state of solution+aging or solution+cold working+aging, with tensile strength up to 1700MPa and hardness up to 450HB. The alloy has different heat treatment systems to control grain size and δ The shape, distribution and quantity of the phase, so as to obtain different levels of mechanical properties. ③ Selection suggestions: The alloy products are formed by hot upsetting. Besides screws, nuts and pins, there are many special purpose parts. The alloy can produce many products, mainly bolts and high lock bolts of various models and properties, and a small number of nuts, pins, gaskets, etc. GH4169 has replaced a small amount of stainless steel, alloy steel bolts and other products of national standard and national military standard. This alloy is one of the three most widely used superalloys for fasteners. The tensile strength shall be less than 1700MPa, the shear strength shall be more than 780MPa, the service temperature shall be within - 200~+700 ° C, and the environment with high oxidation resistance and corrosion resistance is recommended. This standard is applicable to deformed superalloys, cast superalloys (equiaxed cast superalloys, directionally solidified columnar superalloys and single crystal superalloys), high-temperature alloy wires for welding, powder metallurgy superalloys, dispersion strengthened superalloys and intermetallic compound high-temperature materials.
