GH4145 alloy is mainly made of γ "[Ni3(Al、Ti、Nb)] The nickel-based superalloy with aging strengthening phase has good corrosion resistance and oxidation resistance below 980 ℃, high strength below 800 ℃, good relaxation resistance below 540 ℃, and good formability and weldability. The alloy is mainly used for manufacturing plane and spiral springs with high strength and resistance to relaxation, which are used for aero-engines working under 800 ℃. It can also be used to manufacture parts such as turbine blades of gas turbines.
