To Be your reliable alloy solution supplier
GH4163
GH4163 is a Ni-Cr-Co based precipitation hardening deformation superalloy with a service temperature of 850 ℃. The alloy has high oxidation resistance, high yield strength and creep strength, low tendency of strain aging cracking, and good cold and hot fatigue resistance at temperatures below 800 ℃. The alloy has satisfactory formability and weldability. It is applicable to the manufacture of welded structural parts and load-bearing parts of the main combustion chamber and the plate added to the combustion chamber of the aeroengine. At present, it has been used to make the flame tube, afterburner cylinder, mounting edge, mounting seat and pipe fittings of the aeroengine, and the batch production and use conditions are good. GH4163 parts must be welded in the solution state. Spot welding, seam welding, argon arc welding and other methods can be used for welding. Solution treatment is required before welding and aging treatment is required after welding. Generally, no welding is required after aging. If welding is required, aging treatment is required after welding. GH4163 supply status; The plates are supplied after solid solution+alkali pickling+leveling+straightening+trimming; Bars are generally supplied without heat treatment after polishing or turning; The pipes are supplied in cold rolling state, or after solution+pickling, or after bright solution treatment; The ring parts are generally supplied without heat treatment, and can also be supplied after solution or solution+aging.
