GH4500


GH4500 is a Ni-Cr-Co base precipitation hardening deformation superalloy with a service temperature of less than 870 ℃. Short time use can reach 980 ℃. The alloy is formed by adding aluminum and titanium γ’ Precipitate the strengthening phase, and add cobalt, chromium and molybdenum elements for solid solution strengthening. The alloy has good high temperature strength, oxidation resistance and heat resistance and corrosion resistance, and is suitable for making turbine rotating parts and bearing parts of gas turbine engines, as well as forged or cast gas turbine blades. The main products include bars, forgings, plates, wires and precision castings. GH4500 superalloy has been used to make aero-engine I and II turbines, free turbines, labyrinth shafts and labyrinth sealing rings and other parts. Its batch production and use are good. Similar brands are widely used abroad, mainly for manufacturing turbine blades with aero-engine operating temperature below 750 ℃ and gas turbine blades.
