GH4586 is a Ni-Cr-Co based precipitation hardening deformation superalloy with temperature range of - 196 ℃~800 ℃, and can be used for a short time at 850 ℃. Aluminum and titanium are added to the alloy to form γ Precipitation strengthening phase, cobalt, chromium, tungsten and molybdenum are added to the solution strengthening. Under proper heat processing and heat treatment conditions, the alloy precipitates fine granular carbides along the grain boundary, which plays a supplementary strengthening role. The alloy has high temperature strength, good oxidation resistance, corrosion resistance and corrosion resistance, as well as good processing and welding performance. Shanghai Tongzhu's main products include bars, round cakes and die forgings. GH4586 alloy is a high-performance superalloy turbine material with its own intellectual property rights in China. It is used to manufacture heat-resistant bearing parts of engines in aerospace and other fields, including turbine rotors of liquid oxygen/kerosene rocket engines and various types of aerospace engines.
