1J22
1J22 is an iron-cobalt-vanadium soft magnetic alloy with high saturation magnetic induction strength. Among the existing soft magnetic materials, the alloy has the highest saturation magnetic induction strength (2.4T), high Curie point (980 ℃) and the maximum saturation magnetostriction coefficient (60~100× 10-6). Due to the high saturation magnetic induction intensity, the volume can be greatly reduced when making an electric motor with the same power. When making an electromagnet, it can produce a large attraction force under the same cross-sectional area. Due to the high Curie point, the alloy can work at a high temperature where other soft magnetic materials have been completely demagnetized and maintain good magnetic stability. Due to its large magnetostrictive coefficient, it is very suitable for magnetostrictive transducer, with high output energy and high working efficiency. The alloy has low resistivity (0.27μΩ· m) and is not suitable for use at high frequency. It is expensive, easy to oxidize and has poor processability. Adding appropriate amount of nickel or other elements can improve its processability.

Adding appropriate amount of nickel or other elements can improve its processability. Application range: It has been used for many years, with stable performance and mature materials. It is suitable for light weight and small size aviation and aerospace electrical components, such as microelectronic rotor, electromagnet pole head, relay, transducer, etc. |
