TC16 alloy is a martensite α-β Two-phase titanium alloy, with nominal composition of Ti-3AI-5Mo-4.5V, containing α Stable element AI and isomorphism β Stable elements Mo and V. Of the alloy β The stability coefficient is slightly higher, K β= 0.8, the strength of the annealed state is medium, and the plasticity is very good, which can be like β Alloy is also used for cold heading to make rivets and bolts. TC16 metal high-strength titanium alloy can be subject to enhanced heat treatment, and the temperature of vacuum solution treatment is only 800 ℃: 150 ℃ lower than TC4 alloy. The strength of the alloy after solution aging treatment can reach more than 1030MPa, and it is less sensitive to the stress concentration of notch and deflection. TC16 alloy is mainly used for manufacturing fasteners, and the maximum working temperature is 350 ℃. |
