0Cr25Ni20 (new brand 06Cr25Ni20) heat-resistant stainless steel (typical composition%: 0.05C, 0.70Si, 0.95Mn, 0.025P, 0.006S, 24.5Cr, 19.3Ni) is a high-chromium nickel austenitic stainless steel, which has excellent corrosion resistance in oxidation medium and good high-temperature mechanical properties, so it can be used for both corrosion resistant parts and high-temperature parts. In a strong oxidizing corrosive environment, if the corrosion resistance of 00Cr19Ni10 cannot meet the requirements, such steel can be selected, such as tail gas preheater, heater, cooler and condenser of nitric acid production plant; Nitric acid preheater of ammonium nitrate plant; Reaction heat coil of melamine plant; Nitric acid condenser and reboiler of acrylic fiber plant; Reboiler of adipic acid plant; Nitric acid equipment in the production of uranium oxide. 00Cr25Ni20Nb has been widely used in the enrichment device for high radioactive waste in the nuclear fuel reprocessing plant and has been successfully operated. |
