To Be your reliable alloy solution supplier
0Cr17Ni4Cu4Nb
0Cr17Ni4Cu4Nb is a precipitation hardening martensitic stainless steel. The corresponding American brand is 17-4PH. The steel has low carbon content, high chromium content, and contains copper, nickel and niobium/columbium. Its corrosion resistance is better than that of Cr13 stainless steel and 1Cr17Ni2 martensitic steel. It not only has high strength, high hardness, but also has good plasticity, toughness, corrosion resistance and processability. It can be used under the conditions that require oxidation resistance, weak acid, alkali, salt corrosion resistance and high strength under 400 ° C. It is widely used in aerospace, petrochemical, nuclear industry and energy fields. The carbon content of this steel is very low. At the same time, strengthening elements such as Cu and Nb are added to the alloy, and its quenching hardness is much lower than that of ordinary martensitic stainless steel. Therefore, it has excellent processing properties in the solution state. The steel grade has good upsetting performance. After surface lubrication treatment, it can be formed by cold or hot upsetting. With good cutting, grinding and drilling performance, it can drill safety holes in the head after upsetting, and produce bolts and screws with holes in the head. It can also be used to manufacture fasteners such as high-lock nuts, self-locking nuts, washers, pins, etc.
