NS334
NS334 (Hastelloy C-276, UNS N10276) alloy is a nickel-chromium-molybdenum alloy containing tungsten, with very low silicon and carbon content. It is an improved type of NS333. Compared with NS333, the carbon content of NS334 is 0.06% lower than that of NS333. It is an ultra-low carbon alloy steel with better corrosion resistance than that of NS333 alloy steel. The susceptibility to intergranular corrosion is reduced and the resistance to spot corrosion is increased.

Explain |
NS334 (Hastelloy C-276, UNS N10276) alloy is a nickel-chromium-molybdenum alloy containing tungsten, with very low silicon and carbon content. It is an improved type of NS333. Compared with NS333, the carbon content of NS334 is 0.06% lower than that of NS333. It is an ultra-low carbon alloy steel with better corrosion resistance than that of NS333 alloy steel. The susceptibility to intergranular corrosion is reduced and the resistance to spot corrosion is increased. ☞ Excellent corrosion resistance in oxidizing and reducing corrosive media ☞ Excellent resistance to pitting, crevice corrosion and stress corrosion cracking Scope of application: It has been widely used in the chemical and petrochemical fields, such as in the components and catalytic systems that contact with chloride-containing organics. This material is especially suitable for use in high temperature, inorganic and organic acids mixed with impurities (such as formic acid and acetic acid), and seawater corrosive environment. ☞ Petroleum ☞ Chemical industry ☞ Space flight ☞ Nuclear power ☞ Military project |
