Explain |
NS142 is an all-austenitic nickel-iron chromium alloy with titanium stabilization treatment, and copper and molybdenum are added. NS142 is a general engineering alloy with acid and alkali metal corrosion resistance in oxidation and reduction environments. The high nickel content makes the alloy have effective resistance to stress corrosion cracking. It has good corrosion resistance in various media, such as sulfuric acid, phosphoric acid, nitric acid and organic acid, and alkali metals such as sodium hydroxide, potassium hydroxide and hydrochloric acid solution. The high comprehensive performance of NS142 is shown in the nuclear combustion dissolver with various corrosive media, such as sulfuric acid, nitric acid and sodium hydroxide, which are treated in the same equipment. Scope of application: NS142 is widely used in various industrial fields where the operating temperature is not more than 550 ℃. ☞ Heating pipes, containers, baskets and chains used in sulfuric acid pickling plants; ☞ Seawater cooling heat exchanger, marine product pipeline system, sour gas environment pipeline. ☞ Heat exchanger, evaporator, washing, impregnation tube, etc. in phosphoric acid production. ☞ Air heat exchanger in petroleum refining; ☞ Chemical process ☞ Flame retardant alloys for pressurized oxygen applications. |
