NS336
NS336 is an austenitic high temperature corrosion resistant alloy containing Ni-Cr-Mo-Nb elements. NS336 alloy with low C content (C ≤ 0.03%) has excellent corrosion resistance in a variety of corrosive media, usually in the softening and annealing state, and is applicable to water-soluble corrosive media below 593 ℃, and is applicable to the temperature range of - 196 to 450 ℃ according to ASME code. Due to the low C content and stabilization heat treatment, the alloy shows only very low sensitization tendency even after 50 hours at the temperature range of 650-900 ℃. ☞ Excellent resistance to spot corrosion and intergranular corrosion ☞ Excellent resistance to chloride ion stress corrosion cracking ☞ Excellent corrosion resistance in nitric acid, phosphoric acid, sulfuric acid, hydrochloric acid and other inorganic acids ☞ Good corrosion resistance in alkali solution and organic acid ☞ Good mechanical properties Scope of application: chemical pen, marine engineering equipment and environmental protection equipment, etc. ☞ High concentration phosphoric acid production equipment ☞ Nuclear waste reprocessing equipment ☞ High-sulfur oil and gas pipeline ☞ Tubing sleeve and piping system on oil production equipment ☞ Flue gas purifier
